While we are so excited to start this journey with you, we do need to be very clear about a few safety precautions before we can continue. Cairns Health should be used solely as an education, monitoring and/or support tool.

This app isn’t the same thing as therapy

Cairns Health is not a substitute for medical evaluations, diagnosis, advice, care, treatment, or therapy. You should continue to consult your healthcare providers to discuss your conditions and specific healthcare needs. Should you experience a medical emergency, you should immediately contact 9-1-1 or present to your local emergency room. By accepting these terms, you agree that Cairns Health and anyone associated with Cairns Health cannot be held responsible for any damage to yourself or anyone else, including, but not limited to property damage, embarrassment, physical injury, mental injury, emotional injury, and death.

Feel free to pause here and contact your health provider before using Cairns Health. If you and/or your provider decide to not continue with Cairns Health, please contact us by emailing support@cairns.ai‬ to schedule a return and refund, if applicable.
